- Club members made creative masks and captioned their photographs with slogans to reduce air pollution.
- ‘Say No to Chinese Manja Campaign’- 982 students pledged not to use nylon or plastic manja to fly kite this Independence Day.
- •An Online Essay-Writing Competition was organized for the students of class IX-XII, on the theme of "Gandagi Mukt Mera Gaon".
Speaking Green
To mark the occasion of Van Mahotsav Week (1 July 2020 to 7 July 2020), Environment Club organized an activity “Speaking Green” for Grade IV students. The students dressed up as a tree or a plant and spoke about its benefits.
The students of Class V participated in the activity “ For the Love of Green” prepared a card and decorated it with fallen dried leaves and petals. A thank you message was also written by them inside the card for the greenery around them.
To sensitize the students about promoting clean living and a sustainable habitat for people, Earth Day was celebrated on 22 April 2020.
The students of the classes IV and V participated in the activity ‘Adopting a Plant’ & made posters on the theme ‘Suggesting Three Ways to Conserve Natural Resources of Planet Earth’.
On the occasion of World Environment Day, the club organised numerous activities namely; Quiz and a Debate on Biodiversity; E-posters, poems, picture collage and AV presentation demonstrating tips to keep our environment clean and safe were prepared.
