Pre School & Pre Primary
Evaluation and assessment is a continuous process which is done on the basis of overall performance.
The assessment is carried out in all domains of development i.e. physical, social language, cognitive and creativity.
The skills and competencies, verbal interactions as well as behavior is assessed. Age appropriate activities at the learning centres and activity sheets are given regularly to check the child’s abilities.
The assessment is done periodically for 3 cycles in an academic year. There is no formal examination.
All the children are promoted to the next class.

SCHEME OF ASSESSMENT AND PROMOTION POLICY
Classes I & II
Students are assessed on the basis of their assignments, observations, class response, project work, activities, discussions, participation etc.
Class III
ATTENDANCE
- Every student must have a minimum of 75% attendance.
- Students must be discouraged from missing an assessment unless on grounds of extreme
emergency like a contagious disease, a fracture etc.

Please note:
- The syllabus for the Mid Term and the Annual Examination will be separate.
- The Question Papers for both the terms will be set according to the term syllabus.
Passing Criteria for Classes III - IV
Assessment of Classes III and IV will be done on the same examination pattern as of class V and students of Classes III and IV will not be held back in the same class.
